Component Inspection: Notes

  1. Ignition "OFF"
  2. Disconnect Battery (-) terminal.
  3. Refer to TRANSAXLE CONTROL MODULE (TCM) and disconnect PCM/TCM connector.
  4. Measure resistance between Pin No. 48 (-) terminal and Pin No. 92 (+) terminal of PCM/TCM harness connector.

    Specification  : Refer to Table below

  5. Is the measured value within specification?

    YES 

    NO 

    • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
    • If problem still occurs, replace Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
