Open in CAN Communication Line Inspection
- Ignition "OFF".
- Disconnect Battery (-) terminal.
- Disconnect PCM and BMS connectors.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 77 (P-CAN-High) terminal of PCM and Pin No. 14 (P-CAN-High) terminal of BMS.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 60 (P-CAN Low) terminal of PCM and Pin No. 15 (P-CAN Low) terminal of BMS.
Specification : Approx. below 1Ω
- Is the measured value within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair short in P-CAN Communication circuit or replace as necessary and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
