DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN communication monitoring
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Open in CAN communication line
  3. Defected IDB
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10.8V
  • Ignition switch "ON" for over 0.5 sec.
Threshold value
  • Duration of communication lost with IDB for over 4 sec.
Diagnosis Time
  • Continuous
MIL On Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
