Monitor KDS/GDS Data

  1. Connect KDS/GDS to DLC (Data Link Cable).
  2. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.
  3. Check the "Current Data" about related DTC with KDS/GDS.

    A: HO2S (S1) performs Max Heater (Approx. 97%) after Engine Cold-start.

    Lambda Control is performed after Engine Cold-start after 14s

  4. Are the parameters displayed correctly?

    YES 

    • Fault is intermittent caused by poor contact in the sensor's and/or ECM's connector or was repaired and ECM memory not cleared. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage. Repair or replace as necessary and go to "Verification Of Repair " procedure.
