DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Switch signal monitoring
  1. Poor connector connection
  2. Open or short to power or ground in LDWS switch circuit
  3. Switch stuck high
  4. Defected LDWS ECU
Enable Condition
  • Ignition switch "ON" or engine "ON"
Threshold Value
  • Open or short to power or ground in LDWS switch circuit
Detecting Time
  • 2 sec./120 sec.
Recovery Time
  • 0.5 sec.
Recovery Condition
  • Battery voltage is greater than 9.5±0.5V
  • Ignition Switch Off and On
Warning Lamp
  • LDWS Lamp "ON"
Failsafe LDW (Lane Departure Warning)
  • Function inhibited
HBA (High Beam Assist)
  • Normal operation
FCW (Forward Collision Warning)
  • Normal operation
