Component Inspection

1. Connect KDS/GDS to Data Link Connector (DLC).
2. Warm up the engine to normal operating temperature.
3. Perform the "Actuation Test  " with KDS/GDS.

■ VIS Resistance Inspection 

1. Ignition "OFF".
2. Disconnect VIS connector.
3. Measure resistance between power and control terminal of the VIS (component side).

   Specification  : 30.0 ~ 35.0Ω [20°C (68°F)]

■ Confirm Part Inspection 

1. Does the PCSV operate properly? (Check variation)

   YES 

   • Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.

   NO 

   • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
   • If problem still occurs, replace PCSV and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
