Component Inspection

■ Fuel Level Sensor (FLS) Inspection 

1. Refer to REMOVAL and remove Fuel Pump (Fuel Sender) Unit.
2. Move the fuel sender float with your hands and monitor "Fuel Level" parameter in "Current Data" using KDS/GDS.
3. Does the value change as fuel sender is moved?

   YES 

   • Go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.

   NO 

   • Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
   • If problem still occurs, replace FLS and then go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
