Signal Circuit Inspection
- Ignition "OFF" and disconnect APS connector.
- Ignition "ON".
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 6 (Signal) terminal of APS harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : Approx. 0V
- Ignition "OFF" & Disconnect PCM connector.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 6 (Signal) terminal APS harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification : ∞
- Is the measured value within specification?
YES
- Go to "Ground Circuit Inspection " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
