Signal Circuit Inspection
- Ignition "OFF" and disconnect APS2 connector.
- Ignition "ON".
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 1 (Signal) terminal of APS2 harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. 0V
- Ignition "OFF" and disconnect ECM/PCM connector.
- Measure resistance between Pin No. 1 (Signal) terminal APS2 harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: ∞ (Infinity) Ω
- Is the measured value within specification?
YES
- Go to "Ground Circuit Inspection " procedure.
NO
- Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "Verification of Vehicle Repair " procedure.
