DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
Case 1 DTC Strategy
  • Compare consumed fuel quantity with fuel level change
  1. Poor connection
  2. Faulty FLS
  3. Damaged wiring
Enable Conditions
  • Consumed fuel (model) greater than 12L
Threshold Value
  • Consumed fuel (model vs. actual) difference greater than 17L or less than -17L
Diagnostic Time
  • 5s
Case 2 DTC Strategy
  • Signal stuck
Enable Conditions
  • Consumed fuel (model) greater than 12L
Threshold Value
  • Variation of fuel level signal less than 1L
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
