DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical Monitoring
  • Poor Connector Connection
  • Short to Ground or Open in Fuel Sender Signal Circuit
  • Faulty Fuel Sender
Enable Condition
  • Battery voltage higher than 11V and lower than 16V
  • 200s delay when failure present
Threshold Value
  • Fuel Tank Level Signal Voltage lower than 0.11V
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
