Ignition "OFF" & Disconnect ETC Motor & TPS connector. Ignition "ON".	ETC Motor & TPS harness connector	4 (TPS.2 signal)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 0V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	ETC Motor & TPS harness connector	4 (TPS.2 signal)	Chassis ground	-	∞ (Infinite)Ω

Good

Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
