Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	VCM connector	1 (Motor +)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 11.5V
	VCM connector	2 (Motor -)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 11.2V
	VCM connector	3 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	0V
	VCM connector	4 (signal)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 4.8V
	VCM connector	5 (power)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 5V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	VCM connector	1 (Motor +)	Chassis ground	-	∞ (Infinite)Ω
	VCM connector	2 (Motor -)	Chassis ground	-	∞ (Infinite)Ω
	VCM connector	3 (ground)	PCM connector	54 (ground)	below 1Ω

Good

Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Repair or replace as necessary and then, go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
