Repair Procedures: Replacement

Remove the front bumper assembly.
(Refer to Body - "FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY ")
Loosen the hood latch (A) mounting bolts.

Disconnect the hood latch release cable (A).

Loosen the mounting screw remove the hood latch connector (A).

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Information
- Make sure the hood latch release cable is connected properly.
- Make sure the hood locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
- Adjust the latch as necessary.
- Replace any damaged clips.
