DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the fuel pressure sensor's power
  • Poor Connection
  • Open or short in power circuit
  • Fuel pump control module (FPCM)
Enable Conditions
  • Target fuel pressure is higher than 250 kPa and lower than 600 kPa
  • Engine Running
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10V
Threshold Value
  • The power voltage of fuel pressure sensor is higher 3.3V and lower than 4.5V
Diagnostic Time
  • 2s
MIL ON Condition
  • No MIL On (DTC only)
