DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check LIN communication
  1. "RAIN SENSOR" LIN line open/poor connection
  2. "RAIN SENSOR" LIN line short to battery
  3. "RAIN SENSOR" LIN line short to ground
  4. LIN communication line protocol error from electrical noise
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • RSM's LIN data is not received
Diagnostic Time
  • Immediately
Clear Condition
  • Erased DTC after solved problem
