Repair Procedures: Removal

- Turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Disconnect the accelerator position sensor connector (A).
- Remove the upper mounting cap (B), and then remove the mounting nut (C).
- Remove the lower mounting cap (D), and then remove the mounting nut (E).
