Ignition "ON", engine "ON".	Connect KDS to Data Link Connector (DLC). Monitor parameters in "Current Data" with KDS.	Figure below

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, Replace the Three-Way Catalytic Converter and then go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
