- Ignition switch is "ON" condition
- Engine operating state at idle (gas pedal value is less than 0.01%)
- TPS set point is lower than 61.078°
- TPS 1 and TPS 2 ratio failure is detected or TPS 1 failure is detected

| Threshold value |
- TPS_2 voltage is lower than 0.1V
- TPS_2 voltage is lower than 2.0V at engine idle
- Short circuit to ground or open circuit
