Without ECS: AWD

  1. Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
  2. Remove the front wheel and tire.

    (Refer to Suspension System - "WHEEL ")

  3. Remove the deflector (A) and front wheel speed sensor (B).

    Tightening torque: 

    6.9 - 10.8 N.m (0.7 - 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 - 7.6 lb.ft)

  4. Disconnect the front wheel speed sensor bracket (A).

    Tightening torque 

    Bolt (B): 8.8 - 13.7 N.m (0.9 - 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 - 10.1 lb.ft)

    Bolt (C): 6.9 - 10.8 N.m (0.7 - 1.1 kgf.m, 5.1 - 7.6 lb.ft)

  5. Remove the LH front wheel guard.

    (Refer to Body - "FRONT WHEEL GUARD ")

  6. Disconnect the connector (A) and then remove the front wheel speed sensor (B).

  7. Install in the reverse order of removal.
