- Camshaft set-point not close to full retard position (3°CRK away from full retard position)
- Camshaft set-point close to full retard position (25 to 45 engine revolutions passed after camshaft set-point changes, depending on RPM/Oil temperature model)
- Camshaft set-point minus actual position more than 5.25°
- Engine speed at between 450RPM and 5000RPM
- Engine oil temperature at between 68°F(20°C) and 248°F(120°C)
- Battery voltage at between 10V and 16V
