Control Circuit Inspection
- Ignition "OFF".
- Refer to "CVVT OIL CONTROL VALVE (OCV) " and disconnect Intake OCV connector.
- Ignition "ON".
- Measure voltage between Pin No. 1 (Control) terminal of Intake OCV harness connector and chassis ground.
Specification: Approx. 2.3V (Duty)
- Is the measured value within specification?
YES
- Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.
NO
- Repair open or short in control circuit between Intake OCV and ECM/PCM and then go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
