DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN signal monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open or short in M-CAN High line
  • Open or short in M-CAN low line
  • Faulty modules that connected to M-CAN
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • M-CAN BUS off is detected or M-CAN Limphome status
Diagnosis Time
  • 2s
Symptom
  • M-CAN communication is not possible
Erase Condition
  • Erase with KDS after the failure solved
