DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN signal monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open or short in I-CAN High line
  • Open or short in I-CAN low line
  • Faulty modules that connected to I-CAN
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • I-CAN BUS off is detected
Diagnosis Time
  • 2s
Symptom
  • I-CAN communication is not possible
Erase Condition
  • Erase with KDS after the failure solved
