DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Electrical monitoring
  • Poor connector connection
  • Short to ground or open in fuel sender signal circuit
  • Faulty fuel sender
Enable Condition
  • Battery voltage between 11 - 16 volts
  • 200 Seconds delay when failure present
Threshold Value
  • FLS signal voltage < 0.11 volts
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuous
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 Driving cycles
