Repair Procedures: Replacement

NOTE: Be careful not to damage the hood and body.

Information

Removing or installing the hood requires an assistant.
When removing the clips, use a clip remover.

After loosening the hood hinge (B) mounting bolts, remove the hood assembly (A).
Tightening torque:

20.6 - 27.5 N.m (2.1 - 2.8 Kgf.m, 15.2 - 20.3 lb.ft)

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
Information
- Make sure the hood locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
- Adjust the hood alignment.
