DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the EGR flow
  • Poor connector connection
  • Clogged EGR coolant
  • Clogged or leakage of EGR pipe
  • Leakage of Intake/exhaust manifold
Enable Conditions
  • No DTC of EGR
  • EGR valve position is 100%
  • EGR gas temperature inspection counter is more than 3 times in close
  • EGR gas temperature inspection counter is more than 3 times in open
  • EGR pressure is higher than 3kPa
Threshold Value
  • When EGR flow is lower than 5kg/h in EGR valve open

  • 1s
