DTC P064A-00: Fuel Pump Control Module: General Description

The Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM) controls the fuel pump motor mounted in the center of the fuel tank and mounted within the low pressure fuel pump. By comparing the target fuel pressure received from the ECM with the current fuel pressure measured from the fuel pressure sensor, the low pressure fuel pump controls the target fuel pressure based on the value measured through the fuel pressure sensor.
