DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check the voltage
  • Poor connector connection
  • Short to ground or open in fuel level sender #2 signal circuit
  • FLS #2
Enable Conditions
  • Normal battery voltage (10 to 16V)
  • Engine "ON"
Threshold Value
  • When the sensor signal voltage is lower than 0.34V
Diagnostic Time
  • 25s
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
