DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Check responsibility (signal amplification) of the upstream HO2S
  • Poor connector connection
  • Leak intake system
  • Injector
  • Fuel pressure
  • HO2S (Bank1, Sensor1)
Enable Conditions
  • Vehicle speed is greater than 20km/h (12.43MPH)
  • Barometric pressure is greater than 75kPa
  • Temperature of the front HO2S tip is greater than 720°C (1328°F)
  • Time of the upstream HO2S heating is greater than 70s
  • Temperature of the downstream HO2S tip is greater than 620°C (1148°F)
  • Time of the downstream HO2S heating is greater than 80s
  • Difference between lambda setting value and actual value is below 0.25
  • Engine coolant temperature is greater than 50°C (122°F)
  • Output voltage of downstream HO2S is greater than 0.6V
  • Engine torque is higher than 10 to 20Nm or below 100 to 200Nm
  • Engine load is greater than 9 to 11% or below 35 to 42%
  • Catalyst temperature is between 470 and 930°C (878 and 1706°F)
  • Engine speed is between 832 and 3168RPM
  • Driving conditions
  • Difference between actual engine speed and filtered engine speed is below 320RPM
  • Difference between actual intake air flow and filtered intake air flow is below 130mg/stk
  • Difference between actual lambda and filtered lambda is below 7%
  • A mount of intake air is higher than 2g
  • Activate lambda control
Threshold Value
  • Ratio of model value and actual value is greater than 1
