DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the electrical signal
  • Poor connector connection
  • Open in signal circuit
  • HO2S (Bank1, Sensor2)
Enable Conditions
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Temperature of the downstream HO2S tip is higher than 620°C (1148° F)
  • Timing of heating the downstream HO2S is greater than 80s
Threshold Value
  • Resistance of the downstream HO2S element is greater than 24kΩ
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuously
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycle
