Repair Procedures: Removal

Perform the "Line Pressure Remove mode exit" procedure by using the KDS.

Remove the air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to " Removal and Installation ")
Remove the wiring protector (A) after removing the bolts.
Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.7 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.6 lb.ft)

Disconnect the TCM connector (A).

Remove the wiring bracket (A) after removing the bolt.
Tightening torque:

9.8 - 11.7 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.6 lb.ft)

Remove the TCM (C) after removing the bolts (A, B).
Tightening torque:
1. 9.8 - 11.7 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.6 lb.ft)
2. 7.8 - 9.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.0 kgf.m, 5.8 - 7.2 lb.ft)
