- Engine coolant temperature is greater than -6.75°C (19.8°F)
- Fuel cut off not active
- Barometric pressure is greater than 75kPa
- When the opening and closing of the throttle valve is greater than between 58.6 to 1265.6%/s
- No rough load condition
