- Fuel cut off active
- Engine speed is between 992 and 2016RPM
- Engine coolant temperature is greater than 55°C (131°F)
- Barometric pressure is greater than 75kPa
- Normal auxiliary battery voltage (11 to 16V)
- Intake air temperature at throttle is less than -6.75°C (19.8°F)
- The mean value moving at engine speed change per second is -192 rpm/s or less than 192rpm/s
- Engine speed change value greater than -416rpm/s and less than 416rpm/s

- Intake manifold pressure value with EGR valve closed and intake manifold pressure ratio less than 0.72 or greater than 1.65 with EGR valve open
