Repair Procedures: Inspection: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

    (Refer to Engine Electrical System - "AUXILIARY BATTERY ")

  2. Remove the air intake hose (A).

  3. Disconnect the Boost Pressure Sensor (BPS) connector (A).

  4. Disconnect the ETC module connector (A).

  5. Remove the ETC module (A) after removing the mounting bolts.

    Tightening torque  :

    9.8 - 11.8 N.m (1.0 - 1.2 kgf.m, 7.2 - 8.7 lb.ft)
