Repair Procedures: Removal

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "AUXILIARY BATTERY ")
Remove the HSG.
(Refer to Hybrid Motor System - "HYBRID STARTER GENERATOR ")
Remove the knock sensor connector (A) by pulling it in the direction of arrow.

Remove the knock sensor (A) after removing the mounting bolt.
Tightening torque :

19.0 - 24.5 N.m (1.9 - 2.5 kgf.m, 13.8 - 18.1 lb.ft)
