DTC Strategy
  • Monitor the internal check sum
  • Checksum failure
  • Faulty PCM
Enable Condition
  • Ignition "ON"
  • Battery voltage is higher than 10V
Threshold Value
  • Checksum fault or PCM internal failure
Detecting Time
  • First event
Fail Safe
  • Solenoid power "OFF", Limited learning, low engine torque, Control the cooling fan
MIL ON Condition
  • 1st driving cycle
