Ignition "ON" Engine "ON" and no DTC.	Connect KDS to "Data Link Connector (DLC)". Perform "Actuation Test" of concerned component with KDS.	Figure 1 below

Carefully re-do this troubleshooting guide steps.
If no problems were found with the circuits or connectors, replace the ETC motor and go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
