Repair Procedures: Disassembly

  1. Remove the dynamic damper (A).

  2. Remove the lower cover mounting screws (A).

  3. Remove the lower cover (A) by loosing the screws (B).

  4. Remove the steering wheel wiring.
    1. Disconnect the remote control switch connectors (A).
    2. Disconnect the heated steering wheel connector (B).
    3. Disconnect the haptic motor connector (C).
    4. Remove the steering wheel wiring (D).

  5. Remove the remote control switch assembly (A) by loosing the screws (B).

  6. Remove the remote control switch (A) and bezel (B).

  7. Remove the haptic motor (A).

  8. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly.
