Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
  2. Remove the accelerator pedal module.
    1. Disconnect the accelerator pedal position sensor connector (A).
    2. Remove the accelerator pedal module (C) after removing the bolt and nuts (B).

    Tightening torque: 

    8.8 - 13.7 N.m (0.9 - 1.4 kgf.m, 6.5 - 10.1 lb.ft)
