Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.
  2. Disconnect the Electric Recirculation Control Valve (E-RCV) connector (A).

  3. Separate the E-RCV hose (A).

  4. Removing the air intake hose (A) after separating the hose (B, C and D) by releasing the clamps.

    Information 

    1. Pull the quick-connector clamp (A) in the direction of arrow.

    2. After moving the quick connector clamp from (B) to (C) as shown below, separate the intercooler outlet hose by pulling it.

  5. Separate the E-RCV hose (A).

  6. Remove the E-RCV control solenoid valve (A) by pushing it in the direction of arrow.

  7. Separate the hose (B) from the E-RCV control solenoid valve (A)
