- Related fuse blown or missing
- Heater control circuit open or short
- Power supply circuit open or short
- Poor connection or damaged harness
- Faulty HO2S

| Enable Condition |
- Downstream HO2S normal heating time is more than 58s
- Engine off duration is more than 60 minutes since the last engine stop
- Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V
- Downstream HO2S internal resistance is less than 22.5kΩ
