DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Plausibility check between TPS1 and TPS2
  • Poor connection
  • Open or short in TPS circuit
  • Faulty TPS
  • Faulty ECM
Enable Condition
  • Engine speed during engine start is 640 to 960 RPM
  • No TPS adaptation request
  • Ignition "ON"
Threshold Value
  • Difference between average values of TPS2 and TPS1 is greater than 8%
Diagnostic Time
  • 0.3s
MIL ON Condition
  • 1 driving cycle
