Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component. Ignition "ON".	ETC connector	1 (ETC -)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 0.09V
	ETC connector	2 (ETC +)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 1.87V
	ETC connector	3 (ground)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 0V
	ETC connector	4 (TPS2)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 0V
	ETC connector	5 (power)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 5V
	ETC connector	6 (TPS1)	Chassis ground	-	Approx. 5V
Ignition "OFF". Disconnect the electrical connector(s) from the concerned component.	ETC connector	6 (TPS1)	Chassis ground	-	∞ (infinity)Ω
	ETC connector	4 (TPS2)	Chassis ground	-	∞ (infinity)Ω

Good

Go to "COMPONENT INSPECTION " procedure.

No Good

Repair or replace as necessary and then, Go to "VERIFICATION OF REPAIR " procedure.
