DTC Information: DTC Detecting Condition

Item Detecting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • Signal check, low
  • Short to ground in signal connector
  • Poor connection or damaged connector
  • Faulty IAT sensor
Enable Conditions
  • Battery voltage is higher than 11V and lower than 16V
Threshold Value
  • IAT voltage is lower than 0.1V (130°C/266°F)
Diagnostic Time
  • Continuously (5.0s/recurrence 100 ms)
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
