- Battery voltage is between 6V and 16V
- Intake air temperature is greater than -30°C (-22°F)
- If intake air temperature is lower than -30°C (-22°F) then the time after engine start is more than 60s

- Engine coolant temperature sensor voltage is greater than 4.935V
- Engine coolant temperature sensor voltage represents open or short to battery
