Section 4 (Anti-Lock/Traction Control): Servicing: Maintenance

Use DOT 4 brake fluid. Manufacturer specifies brake fluid should be replaced every 30,000 miles or 2 years, whichever is sooner. After replacing brake fluid, bleed brake system. See BLEEDING BRAKE SYSTEM  . Manufacturer specifies brake fluid and all brake seals and flexible hoses should be replaced every 60,000 miles or 4 years, whichever is sooner.
