Possible Causes:

  1. Connector Immobilization ECU C0059, MS43 ECM C331.
  2. Open circuit C331/33 (YR) - C0059/14 (YR).
  3. Short circuit C331/33 (YR) - Ground.
  4. Short circuit C331/33 (YR) - Supply.
  5. Immobilization ECU fault.
  6. MS43 ECM.
  1. Connector Immobilization ECU C0059, MS43 ECM C331. 

    CONNECTOR

    Check for connector not correctly latched, backed out pins, damaged pins, corroded pins

  2. Open circuit C331/33 (YR) - C0059/14 (YR). 

    OPEN_CIRCUIT

    Check resistance > 1M&!

  3. Short circuit C331/33 (YR) - Ground. 

    SHORT_CIRCUIT

    Check resistance < 5.0&!

  4. Short circuit C331/33 (YR) - Supply. 

    PASS VALUES: 0 - 2 Volts

  5. Immobilization ECU fault.
