Side Door Windows: Notes

Operation of the side door windows is enabled while the ignition switch is in position II. After the ignition is switched off, if all of the side doors are closed, operation of side door windows remains enabled for 43+/-2 seconds or until one of the side doors are opened, whichever occurs first.

All of the windows operate in the inching mode, with a one-shot down facility on the driver door window. Wiring modifications introduced at 2004 Model Year change the way the side door windows operate, although the functionality remains the same.
