Possible Causes:

  1. Low fuel level induced fault.
  1. Low fuel level induced fault. 

    If no other faults for this oxygen sensor have been recorded. This fault could have been caused by the vehicle having been run with a very low fuel level, allowing air to be mixed with the fuel being drawn from the tank, thereby upsetting the ECMs calculated fuel/air ratio.
